How to install RES hack for PM 27+

I went to the github page but all I see are notes for each extension and when I click on the link for RES it takes me to the download page for the extension on another site and all the versions are incompatible (which is expected). How do I actually find the hack so I can install it?

Go to PM addons site, find Moon Tester Tool, install it.

Go to Mozilla addons site, find RES 4.6.1, download the xpi.

In PM, go to addons page, select Moon Tester Tool then Options, Install Test addon, select file. Browse to RES xpi and install it.
