ABL icon keeps moving whenever I restart Pale Moon

Latest vers of PM v27. Win10 Pro update to current.
I have the icon to the left on the first toolbar after the menu bar. It's after to the navigation buttons and NoScript icon. But whenever I exit Pale Moon, the next time I am in, the icon has moved to the end of the same row, to the far right.
Is that where ABL now wants to be? Or is there a way to make it stay where it was before, where I had put it? I could leave it where it wants to go but just damn annoying having to concede that.
