Fire IE right-click menu Topic is solved

When right-clicking on the Fire IE button to bring up the Page Options menu, the menu is covered by the default Toolbar selection/Customize menu. Wherever in the interface this button is moved to, the Page Options menu it's still covered by the default menu. Is there any way to stop that from happening?
