How to install Social Fixer?
It is listed on the Addons page, so I'm assuming it is somehow compatible.
The Firefox version says I have the wrong browser and will not allow download.
There is a Greasemonkey version, but I can't install Greasemonkey (it also tells me "wrong browser"), so I can't install that version of Social Fixer.
What is the proper approach?

Install the Greasemonkey fork for Palemoon, and try again.

The next version will no longer be "experimental".NorrinRadd wrote:Oh... "experimental"...

Oh, cool! Is there an approximate time frame for release, or should I just check back occasionally?GMforker wrote:The next version will no longer be "experimental".NorrinRadd wrote:Oh... "experimental"...
Re: How to install Social Fixer?
It has the "experimental" moniker because GreaseMonkey has transitioned to WebExt and it's only recently that the fork for PM was created. I've installed the experimental fork because the last version (non-WebExt) was outdated (v3.5) by 2 years and the current version 3.12.1 is working well for me. The FB Security script for instance is still doing its job of blocking all the annoyances on Facebook, despite the script's creator warning that GreaseMonkey is not fully compatible with his script. Additionally, you may consider enable "anonymous usage statistics" option to aid in its development. Mind you, it is optional and I'm not really asking you to enable, just that you can consider it.NorrinRadd wrote:Oh... "experimental"... ok, thanks, I'll pass.

It will probably be released in October (the release is, and will be irregular).NorrinRadd wrote:Is there an approximate time frame for release, or should I just check back occasionally?

Re: How to install Social Fixer?
I have just uninstalled greasemonkey and Social Fixer.
I installed greasemonkey-3.30rc1-pm_forkBranch.xpi
I then reinstalled Social Fixer for Greasemonkey.
Sadly, Social Fixer still isn't working on Facebook.
I notice Pale Moon has updated, yesterday I think.
Any suggestions?
