[Solved] Palemoon does not load consistently
I play Kings of Camelot on Facebook, and I cannot load the game consistently. When I do get it loaded, the information is not complete, meaning that only part of the graphics load. I am presently running the latest version of Palemoon, should i go back to another version?

@ Resteele: Not being a Facebook user "I'm out" on this one.... but other forum members will appreciate/be able to help you more easily.... if you could edit your post to include the "Information to include when asking for support" suggested by Moonchild @: http://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=49
Good Luck!

I do not recommend playing online games on Facebook, most people that do end up sending me e-mails with phishing links.

Re: Palemoon does not load consistently
Same here but not on all pages, actually most are ok
one that is bad on is" newegg"
I was wondering if it had anything to do with Palemoon
as I have no other brower, seems to have happen after I updated
to Palemoon 15, but I am still not sure if this is the problem
but there is something going on because it is the same on
my desktop and laptop

Re: Palemoon does not load consistently
I don't have a problem with NewEgg either when using Pale Moon (v15.0).

Re: Palemoon does not load consistently
seems to have corrected itself for now
we will see if it goes back to doing it again or not
the problem was the site wasn't loading completely
their was also other sites that did the same, could be my ISP
but you think if that was it, it would do it on all sites
oh well we will just have to wait and see

Re: Palemoon does not load consistently
There have been some more reports like this - most of these issues if they were not related to the ISP were solved by starting with a completely fresh profile. However, in some cases it may also be a Javascript stability issue on the 32-bit version that I'm addressing in 15.1 (which is in the final testing stages at the moment)

Re: Palemoon does not load consistently
Since I don't use Facebook, I can't comment on that. Newegg was bookmarked, but I haven't visited in a while.
So I visited Newegg and I had to temporarily adjust RequestPolicy for a few elements to show up. Instead, I get a blank page. Refreshing led me to a blank page. I closed the tab and reopened the bookmark. And the page/site appeared as if nothing had gone wrong previously.

Re: Palemoon does not load consistently
As I stated before, I have no problems with any site using the 32-bit version of Pale Moon on both of my two computers. One of them runs Windows Home Premium 64-bit and the other runs Windows Ultimate 64-bit.

Re: Palemoon does not load consistently
The requestpolicy issue may very well be because of requestpolicy having a disagreement with Pale Moon's cache. If a failed request is cached, then it won't show on reloads unless you force-reload all elements (Ctrl+F5) and even then it may be quirky if requestpolicy doesn't properly flush everything when you change rules.

Re: Palemoon does not load consistently
Ugh. When this problem was posted I went and checked the game out. It all worked fine but I am now getting e-mails from the game about continuing - I think I will have to mark them as spam and let the filter work.megaman wrote: I do not recommend playing online games on Facebook, most people that do end up sending me e-mails with phishing links.

Re: Palemoon does not load consistently
Well it seems to be better with Ver 15.1 BUT
it is still doing it some even after I upgraded
maybe still a little "bug-e"

Re: Palemoon does not load consistently
I too play KoK and have had no ability to play since the update, I know it is on the Pale Moon end because I play through Kabam.com as well as Facebook. I run Pale Moon, IE9 and Chrome and IE/Chrome load and play just fine.
Will there be a fix for this in the near future?

Re: Palemoon does not load consistently
That is at the very least strange; I could reproduce the problem on Pale Moon 15.1 - and 15.1.1 (predictably) solved the issue with the game that would previously hang the browser. I would suggest you go through the default troubleshooting steps of first clearing your cache (options -> advanced -> network) , then if that doesn't solve it, try starting in Safe Mode/Add-ons disabled, and/or resetting preferences to Pale Moon defaults (from the safe mode dialog).
If this is not a browser hang (not responding) and the above doesn't help, then please describe exactly what the problem is, as well, and steps to reproduce it on your system.
