Decentraleyes is not working in Pale Moon and Basilisk, how did you manage it?
Since when? Are you trying the version from the Pale Moon add-on site?

Well, it installs, but does not work. No button at GUI appears, it is useless.

No button at GUI appears,
This isn't retarded Chromezilla where every extension has to add a toolbar button for want of other UI customizations. This one doesn't need one to operate, it functions in the background.

So, how do you it functions in the background if we dont have any visual functions?

Just check the counter provided in the extension preferences, if it increases you know it's been working on some site.
