That's one way of looking at it. the other way of looking at it is that EasyList is catering to specific adblockers more than to others.
That's not a conclusion you can draw, but I understand you're a fan of the program, and is therefore capable of bypassing any adblock detection!
Actually, the EasyList filter itself caters more to ABP-based blockers than anything else.
