Good morning, I installed your wonderful browser on a fairly old system, and I'm a little confused - because I did not find h264ify - is there any analogue?
Without it, it's pretty hard for my iron. Windows 7

You don't need it.
If you have very poor hardware that can't handle WebM videos, you can disable WebM and MSE for WebM in Preferences -> Content. This achieves the exact same as the minimalistic extension, as far as i know.
(you probably also want to disable AV1 because that isn't accelerated at all)
