Compact Moon (1.1.2) is incompatible with uBlock & uMatrix

The counter overlays of uBlocks and uMatrix' icons are behind the icons instead of the foreground. This is an issue only with the "Compact Moon" theme an its origin "Classic Compact" on Windows 7 x64

This should be fixed as of Compact Moon v1.1.3, which I have just released.
