Why do the scrollbars in Walnutty 1.4.0 not go darker when clicked? They did in v. 1.3.0 and 1.2.0.

Solution: they do go darker if one removes the import of the scrollbars.css in os/darwin.

Just had chance to check this now, and it's as-designed.

The scrollbar goes darker when you hover over it. When you click it, the borders change colour to signify it's been clicked.

The thumb seemed to move a bit when I clicked on it, but that was all I noticed. I like the way it was previously, so I shall just keep my modification.
