New version of Halloween needs testing

I have tried to update some things in my Halloween theme, but I do not know how to test all the parts. I added the appver files for PM version 28, but I am not yet running that. I also cannot test Windows or Linux. Should I just send it in anyway?

I cannot seem to connect with the FTP site to post the new version either. Has that procedure changed? Is the address of the FTP site different from what it used to be?
