Greetings.
I have a suggestion for a fix for your theme. There is no fade transition animation where you move your mouse off the control. Ideally it should fade to normal state in reverse of the hover animation. Otherwise, it seems too abrupt to just go back to white/grey.

Yup, it's fixed. I wasn't able to remove most of the -moz- prefixes from the transition property.

Update to Stratum:
v1.2.0
- Fix inconsistent styling
- Restore missing opacity applied to buttons when it is disabled during full/text modes
- Restore glow on the forward button
- Use defined color instead of ThreeDDarkShadow for urlbar border color
- Made the identity box round again when a notification popup box is visible
- Add support for Home Styler (when this add-on is enabled, the about:home page will now look like FF4's)

- Styling for verify places database (about:support)
- Restore app menu private browsing indicator
- Restore padlock icons and add glow to padlock and favicon
- If you want to remove the padlock, switch the browser.padlock.show pref to false.

- Default accent color on Win10 changed to black-on-white
- Remove unused urlbar progress bar styles (as of PM 27.5)
- This causes problems with the status bar progress meter

Since I upgraded to version 1.3.0, Pale Moon has been crashing at start-up. Here is the error information:

I do not believe it is a conflict with another add-on, as I've tried starting Pale Moon with all add-ons disabled, then just enabling Stratum and restarting. Still crashed.
