[Release] Winstripe Moon

Here's a Pale Moon theme that uses the Firefox 1.x Windows icons.

Code and an .xpi are available at https://github.com/libertyernie/winstripe-moon.

There are some icons that I borrowed from Fox 2 The Moon because I couldn't find a Winstripe equivalent - if I missed any that do have a Winstripe version, let me know.
