White strip above menu bar in aeromoon

In the aeromoon theme, is the white strip above the menu bar supposed to be there?

Okay, thanks Lootyhoof. The reason I asked is because I've been trying out new themes to get some color in the tool bar. I prefer Kempelton Reloaded, but the color in the tool bar stays gray in that theme (I'm on Linux if that matters). Is there a way to use Kempelton Reloaded and get some color in the tool bar? By using a script in user chrome or something? Thanks.
