Zoom in, Zoom out -> scroll bars zooming.
How to disable scroll bars zooming?

I want to zoom all graphics on page, not text only, but not the scroll bars, like in default pale moon theme.

Dark Moon uses custom-styled scrollbars. All custom-styled scrollbars, regardless of theme, will zoom when the normal zoom is enabled. This cannot be disabled.

Sad, I use large zoom ratios on TV, and scroll bars are too thick. ((

Perhaps you might benefit from from one of these?

Pale Moon - Add-ons - HideScrollbars.

Note the first line under the 'Features' heading:
Pale Moon - Add-ons - NewScrollbars (aka NoiaScrollbars).

I use this second one, the scrollbars stay the same width for any theme. Though I don't have that many themes installed.

An interesting opportunity to change the initial width of the scroll bars, but the round gradients are terrible.

Is it possible to make a custom scroll bars width in Dark Moon theme?

Dark Moon has been updated to v2.4.1. This only adds Pale Moon 29 compatibility via a version bump, there are no actual code changes in this release.
