It would let other people to contribute to it and keep it up to date if the addons site could be a collaborative wiki site.
For example to update this page: https://addons.palemoon.org/resources/incompatible/ and to submit working [external] extensions and keep their descriptions up to date (in case if future problems arise).

A wiki like addons site would require moderation, which I think would not be possible.
A system requiring "pre-moderation" (as opposed to "post-moderation") would be to make the site available as a Github repository, where people can make pull requests and and a maintainer can merge them, and the actual website server can pull in commits on a regular basis to keep the site updated.
