Addons Memory Usage - Intika MoD not functioning with PM 28

Hi,

the extension "Addons Memory Usage - Intika MoD, v 12.8" which is hosted on the Pale Moon add-ons website
https://addons.palemoon.org/addon/addons-memory-usage-stats/
is not compatible with PM 28.*

It states that it will provide an about:addons-memory page, but when I enter "about:addons-memory" in the address bar, all I get is the Message "Error: invalid address, URL is invalid and cannot be loaded".

Can someone fix the extension (or at least correct the compatibility note on the download site)?

I had that problem in PM v27x and had to install the accompanying button by the same developer to get it to work.

this I have tried already. The problem seems to be, that the site "about:addons-memory" does not exist in PM 28 -- no matter if there is a button to click on: With PM 27.9.x the extension did what it intended to do.

just take the button from Customize and put in the Statusbar and use bottom option in right click menu see if it works.

Thank you for the detailed advice. I followed it, and this is what I get:

All the other options (from about:config to about:memory) run as they should: The problem is only with the about:addons-memory page.
Perhaps it is connected with the de-locale only?

Well then, I am a little lost as to why it doesn't work. I seem to recall Having to uninstall and reinstall the app leaving the button installed.
I use this for uninstalls since it cleans the preferences file of leftover entries:

The problem is solved! I just installed the really (!) last version 12.9 of the extension "Addons Memory Usage - Intika MoD" instead of v.12.8 that is actually hosted on the palmoon add-ons website

I found the new version here: https://github.com/intika/about-addons-memory-pm/releases
Thus, it would be best if someone would update the hosted files at https://addons.palemoon.org/addon/addon ... age-stats/

I literally just ran into this and considered commenting on it. Somehow I completely missed this thread. Upgrading to 12.9 does indeed solve the issue.

I have informed the developer of the extension (intika) about this issue five minutes ago. Let's see whether the extension hosted on addons.palemoon.org will be changed to v. 12.9

Addons Memory Usage – Intika MoD v12.9 (with and without its button) functions fine on Pale Moon v28.1.0 — v28.2.1.

(Pale Moon v28.2.1 x64 / Windows 8.1 x64)
