I have fixed the maximized private/persona window control issue: Issue #1747 We should go back to building with personas enabled once that is merged. Here's a build of the current master (29.0.0a3) with the fix, so you can test for yourself.

Unfortunately You didn't follow the contribution guidelines re: issues, PRs and commit messages.
I know it's effectively just a few lines in a css file but we really want contributions to be organized in such a way that they can easily be found again later.
