Plugins are: ublock origin,compact moon, tab mix plus. Turning off ublock does not change anyhing, the pages don't show, or webmin only shows the left side.

Can not open webmin, proxmox ...
The current 28.1 can not open sites with webmin, proxmox or filemaker admin-console. There are probably more. (Webmin is not working with the Linux version too.)

Does the same thing occur when you run the browser in Safe Mode or with a new temporary profile?

I use Webmin regularly and have no problems opening those sites.
What exactly is the problem for you? Does it give an error? If so, what?
