Many (but not all) add-ons designed for Firefox 56 and below will still function properly with Pale Moon. I just installed Menu Wizard and tried it out in a new profile without any problems. You'll have better luck with menu wizard's Version History page, because it uses "classic" AMO.
At present, you can reach its Version History from the front page of any extension by adding " /versions/ " to the end of the url, for example:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/s3menu-wizard/versions/There's also a link on each extension's front page, lower Left.
