It gives me a blank window with 3 options: UserChrone.css userContent.css user.js
Each options brings up another blank window. At least I can DRAG the empty window.

I hope it is not rude (around these parts) to post too often, but I will mention 1 more bug.
Yahoo is having problems. I can check (and manage) my mail, and send messages (most of the time), but I cannot reply, close current message, or use the search bar (at all).

Firstly, many thanks for the macOS build of Pale Moon. I have just downloaded 27.9.0.
I confirm the issue with window dragging and moving - I cannot drag or move the Pale Moon window at all. I can resize.
I am running macOS 10.12.6.

Update to my earlier
post:
coffeebreak wrote:Without the Updater, the only way to update is by navigating to the
releases section of uBO's Github repository and installing over the older version (clicking on the newer version's xpi:
uBlock0.firefox.xpi [Insert: uBlock0.firefox-legacy.xpi])
From uBO
1.16.4 on, the xul installer for uBO will look like this:
uBlock0.firefox-legacy.xpi
The former xul installer (
uBlock0.firefox.xpi) will become the web-extension installer - no longer the file to use for installing uBO to Pale Moon. (Releases through 1.16.2 will presumably remain xul.)
The reasons for this change are found in Gorhill's
comment and this
post.

The installation file for the xul version of uBO has changed to
uBlock0.firefox-legacy.xpi.

Re window dragging, that's working for me on the machine in front of me right now running macOS High Sierra 10.13.4.
Actually even private window dragging is working.

If you want userChrome.css, userContent.css, or user.js to exist, you have to create them. You can do that with ChromeEdit Plus.

Just as I thought. Believe it or not, that is advanced for me right now. But I can learn! Someone posted code on page 1. Do I have to figure out which if that is needed, or just copy+paste everything?

In addition to Yahoo having troubles, TV Tropes does not work at all. No matter how many scripts I allow in NoScript, the website still thinks I am using adblock. Which is turned off for the site's domain. I have both uBlock and NoScript in Waterfox, and TV Tropes works there no problem.

Hey! just trying it out on my 10.7 Lion computer.
I can also test on Snow Leopard soon. I am very interested in this browser. I love the classic interface and also Firefox dropped older support leaving very fine Macs in the dust.
The browser seems to work generally, which is very promising. Access to this forum works, even gmail.
However login to yahoo fails: so access to any yahoo service doesn't work: mail but e.g. also flickr.
Interestingly, other have reported to be able to read messages.
I can share the crash information by apple, if useful. How is the best way to collaborate on this? Here on a new thread?

I put comments in with the codes because they make things a bit easier to understand. I would recommend putting the whole thing from page 1 in there to start. Any further codes you add to userChrome.css do not need to have the namespace line added again, but put any more codes underneath the namespace line. Comments are preceded with /* and succeeded with */.

Well of course. Typo. As said, there was zero effect. URL text is still small, the the text on the left of it (showing the domain) is smaller still.

Also make sure it's .css, not .css.txt or anything like that. Maybe we could see the exact contents of the file? Also, you have to restart Pale Moon for userChrome changes to take effect.

Yes, I restared it after pasting the code. No effect.

Addendum: pasting the code in the window and restarting DID do something. Some of the text on a webcomic page got extra big. Nothing else is affected, again. URL still tiny.

Doing what I suggested should not affect content (web pages) at all. It should affect only the interface. Did you add the codes into userChrome.css or to userContent.css? Incidentally, userContent.css does not require a namespace line.

userChrome
Also, how do I make the description text (under the image)
http://www.sssscomic.com/comic.php smaller? I am not sure is the pasting of the code did it or not, but I don't want the text too large on my end. It used to be smaller.

This build looks the same as the one I upgraded from on High Sierra, and to me it seems a little bit faster as well.
I tried out the private window function, as other people seem to have had issues moving it, and I get a title bar on the private window that I don't get on the ordinary non-private Pale Moon window for some reason I have never as yet worked out. I'd kind of like the title bar back on normal windows, so if anyone knows what setting it is that causes it to go away, I'd be grateful to know. That's a side issue though.
No, all looks good. If I find anything I will say so, but it looks good to me right now.
