Need Snow Leopard testers.
I think i may have found a work-a-round for the UI glitches with PM in snow leopard. No code changes to PM were made. I just hacked together a custom SDK and rebuilt. In my limited testing the radio buttons, check boxes, etc appear to be displaying properly now. I also tested on 10.7/10.8/10.9/10.11 and noticed no ill effects. Anyway, i'd like some 64bit snow leopard users to give this a whirl and let me know if this indeed fixed those glitches. Thanks.

Thanks for your effort, wicknix. Unfortunately I see no change in UI behavior. I tested with a scratch profile, though my system is OS X 10.6.5. To be sure there is no difference between 10.6.5 and 10.6.8, I will later test the latter on another machine.
The respective output lines in console look like this
The Chromium folks once had also problems with "focus ring drawing" on 10.6, here is their fix, I don’t know if this is of any help for PM:

No difference in 10.6.8. UI glitches remain.

Re: Need Snow Leopard testers.
Doh! Thanks for testing. I'll do a little more tinkering and see if i can figure it out. If not, i'm still content with the fact PM works on 10.6 as well as it does.
Cheers.

Re: Need Snow Leopard testers.
Be warned, UXP (and Pale Moon 28) likely won't support anything lower than 10.8 maybe 10.7 if we can swing it.

Thank you for informing us, fair enough.New Tobin Paradigm wrote:Be warned, UXP (and Pale Moon 28) likely won't support anything lower than 10.8 maybe 10.7 if we can swing it.
Having support for 10.9 at the lower end would be cool. Going even lower would definitely make some people happy.
Can you give a vague hint, when to expect Pale Moon 28?

Re: Need Snow Leopard testers.
From reading through my irc logs, PM 28 probably wont be until end of the year or beyond yet. Also i can confirm UXP builds working on 10.7 at this point in time. I've only built and tested basilisk on 10.7, but i'd assume UXP PM would be no different. All i had to do was edit the info.plist file before building and lower the minimum version string from 10.9 to 10.7.
Cheers

Re: Need Snow Leopard testers.
I would personally like to see Pale Moon 28 before the end of the summer but that is me being hopeful.. Will at least see a beta by then.. End of the year at the latest I'd expect.. BUT REMEMBER the only official answer is "when it's done".
Re: Need Snow Leopard testers.
I am using PaleMoon 27.9.0 64bit on Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and the checkbox is broken for selecting wether to save or open a file. When trying to check a circle the circle dissapears. I'm using the generic Mac release off the forum the header says "New Moon".

Re: Need Snow Leopard testers.
Hi there,
I'm happy to test everything on 10.6.8
I found most problems so far reading/viewing .pdf files online - it simply shows a blank white page, everytime.
