Pale Moon 27.7.2

Old discussions for the discontinued Apple Mac OS X builds of Pale Moon
Forum rules
Important note:
The Mac OSX version of Pale Moon is provided by various people and is not official or in any way organized at this moment. Your assistance in bringing this build to fruition is greatly appreciated, but you can expect there to be bugs and problems as long as we don't have a maintainer or official builds!

Any specific bugs you find that don't have their own topic yet: please make a new topic; one bug per topic please to keep things organized.

Please also note that these builds are currently created by various independent Mac OS X people and not by our core team; core devs will likely not be able to provide insight or assistance due to lack of Mac hardware and OS/build knowledge for Mac. You'll have to solve the issues among yourselves.

27.7.2 crashes at least once a day for me in El Capitan (worse than any of the 27s so far), often while doing something fairly innocuous, such as playing a YouTube video in the background (with none of the video actually showing), or attempting to load a page with a ton of HTML5 widgets.

Can you find a website that reproduces it, or get a crash stack trace from the system reporter or lldb?

Working well here also, on MacOSX 10.6.8. Thank you so much for a fine browser that is actively developed and secured that still works with Snow Leopard.

Appears to be fine on Mac OS X High Sierra (10.13.3)

This Reuters news piece causes crash behavior. I've had it blow up the browser several times in a row, even when right-clicked to "Open Link in New Tab" (with the browser crashing before I even go to the link). This is more likely to happen if it's in the middle of a batch of other URLs I am also right-clicking to new tabs.

I can reproduce the crash here. My first pass didn't yield an informative stack trace, and I'm leaving on vacation tomorrow for 2 weeks, but at least the issues is reproducible which means someone with a debug build and debugger could try to figure it out.

It seems it will crash only when js is enabled, without it works for me. OSX 10.9.5
voidlinux_x64 glibc-2.32 / Palemoon_latest release (gcc-10.2.1) / GTK2

There is a dedicated add-on to view/download PDF in a tab, which works for me on Snow Leopard:

I'm able to reproduce this too, on 10.9.5.
