Re: Pale Moon 27.5.1 Mac Unofficial
Thank you again for new release, had some random crashes with 2750 while playing videos on youtube.
voidlinux_x64 glibc-2.78 / selfcompiled latest Palemoon (gcc-13.2.0) / GTK2
Re: Pale Moon 27.5.1 Mac Unofficial
I can confirm this is running on 10.6.8 x64.
I've found one anomaly: there's an issue redrawing radio buttons on a preference window. Specifically, those in the "Tracking" section of "Privacy." The first draw of the window is correct, but if I select "History" and then return to "Tracking", the selected radio button is not drawn. This only happens when the window has focus and the drawing is shown correctly when I change the focus to the Pale Moon main window, or another application.

Snow Leopard user here too, youtube plays fine, html5 that is, though crashes happen randomly, when I bring up contextual menue for a youtube video and choose one of the menu items, i.e. to copy video url.
Problem with redrawing radio buttons (and other form elements) is discribed here https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=15199 – it happens not only in browser dialogues but also on webpages with form elements. It might be a Snow Leo only issue !?

Re: Pale Moon 27.5.1 Mac Unofficial
Thanks for pointing me towards that, snowmoon.
I have yet to fully grasp the build environment for Pale Moon OSX and I fear that those versions of XCode which run on this aged OS will be unsuitable for attempting to build it myself.

CeeBee: the old XCode versions are preferred for releases -- they can target older OSes. In general you need to use an XCode and OS contemporaneous with the OS version you want to target.
Re: Pale Moon 27.5.1 Mac Unofficial
Thanks very much Sugis for this!
I have been hoping/looking for an up to date secure replacement for Firefox 45 ESR for so long, as OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8 is still my main (favorite) OS X version on Intel
I have tried Roccat 7.7 as the only other up to date secure replacement for Firefox 45 ESR but I seem unable to get used to how it works i.e. differs from the Mozilla browser style

Re: Pale Moon 27.5.1 Mac Unofficial
Hello.
I am new here, so pardon me, if this has been already discussed (I have searched through OS X part of forum, but haven`t found anything) - but can be a 32-bit build made? I have an old Mini and MacBook which have both just 32-bit Core Duo CPUs. Thanks.

Re: Pale Moon 27.5.1 Mac Unofficial
Thanks - I missed that one. So, I guess, I have to try the build then.
Re: Pale Moon 27.5.1 Mac Unofficial
So far not good: configure: error: MacOS X 10.7 SDK or later is required
But I keep trying.
