Pale Moon 27.2.1 Mac

Unread post by sugis » 2017-03-29, 03:26

Latest build:

http://mac.palemoon.org/dist/palemoon-27.2.1.mac64.dmg

No Mac specific changes since last time. I've been preparing for a
trip to Europe and fly out tomorrow for a few weeks, so I apologize
in advance that I'll be off the radar for a bit.

OK. I installed this.

The Palemoon drop down menu contained only the Quit option. No About, No Preferences the first time I launched it.
I killed it an relaunched. Now the menu is correctly populated - strange.

I am on OSX 10.12.4

This version cleared up the problems I had with imgur playback when using 27.2.0, thanks!
(see https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=15172 for details)

PhilipLewis: this bug has been around for a while. The first time one runs a new version, the Palemoon menu is not properly populated. Fortunately, simply closing and rerunning Pale Moon has always fixed the problem.

Installed and working fine over here on 10.9.5. BTW Sugis, I'm interested in building the Mac version and helping fix bugs in the code if you have some environment setup instructions.
Nothing to say here.

Ad "the context menu" - see also #993.
But I don't know if it solves this problem...
