Question about CSS

Does anyone know if there's a CSS pseudo-class for complete themes, similar to the :-moz-lwtheme pseudo-class for lightweight themes, to have a rule apply only when a complete theme is installed?

Complete themes completely overwrite the theme. it's not an extension to a current theme and as such no CSS selectors are available.
