gHacks article on Pale Moon Tweaks

Yesterday gHacks had an article on Pale Moon tweaks (surprised nobody posted here about it).

It's a (very) basic article, but there were a few about:config tweaks that were new to me.

I see now the article was mentioned in the PM Linux thread. Thought about deleting this, but those who don't use Linux might miss it over there (like I initially did).
