Softonic does not seem to be playing fair.Clicking PaleMoon download brings up an "installer at 13.6 mb", "palemoon-15-2-installer.exe from global-shared-files.13.softtonic.com." Alternate site download leads to Pale Moon (server not found). Looks to be an old version. But I think that this should not be allowed.

It's a proper installer although absolutely ancient.
No problem redistributing that file, it's not a disallowed stub installer or anything.
