SNI is useless and nobody (very few) sites may be using it. It is useful only to serve multiple websites from a single IP address and exposes the domain you are connecting to even if you use HTTPS. HTTPS without SNI extension is secure and doesn't have this problem because everything is encrypted by default except your IP (your IP CANNOT be encrypted otherwise how would the network know which server to connect to). This is just marketing, dont' care about it.
Moonchild has already stated much about "Secure DNS" - if you cannot trust your ISP ...
Off-topic:
I wouldn't trust anything coming from CloudFlare.
