If it affects multiple browsers, you have to look into what might be intercepting your connections.
Most commonly this is locally-installed antivirus/internet security/endpoint protection software, but depending on your environment this may also be similar software installed/activated in your router, or even something redirecting your traffic by taking over DNS.
