H265 Video Converter

Not only Mediacoder is prone to crashes, its x265 encoder is unusable. So I'm looking for an alternative. Is there any other video converter with H265 support that offers tons of encoding options and parameters for users to fiddle with? Preferably software that also supports Opus audio.

Handbrake is very good. Nothing like the options list in your pic, and I have no idea about opus support. I don't use it that much, but it has never crashed. Mediacoder is hopelessly unstable.

I'd like to say "ffmpeg", which supports virtually every media encoding ever conceived, but honestly you need a college degree just to understand what options you need to pass to the program (and I'm telling you this as someone who edits videos with it).
Still, it's there, and it's worth considering it.

I use mediaCoder on an almost daily basis and have never had a problem with it, though I only use x264 encoding.
Try TEncoder.
Handbrake is good but I don't think it supports x265.
