hello,
a big thank you for this version 27.9.0
everything works perfectly for me.
PaleMoon 27.9.0
Re: PaleMoon 27.9.0
It is ironic that, after thoroughly trying the Unstable build (27.9.0a1) as the portable version I decided to install it properly as my default browser on the day before this release!
Now, is there any difference between the two?

Re: PaleMoon 27.9.0
That would depend on when the unstable was built. Unstable is built from the master branch, and has all of the latest changes up to the time of building, so if it's from right before the 27.9_RelBranch was split off, it should be functionally the same as 27.9.0, but if it was built a few weeks ago, it won't be.

Right, I'll d/l the latest release and see if it makes any difference.

Best way to determine that is to compare the latest version's release notes with the unstable release notes.Giraffe wrote:Now, is there any difference between the two?

No. Release notes are not exhaustive.Nigaikaze wrote:Best way to determine that is to compare the latest version's release notes with the unstable release notes.Giraffe wrote:Now, is there any difference between the two?
If you intend to use a release version, then use a release version. If you intend to be on the unstable channel, then use that. They will always be different, even in a small way.
