Today I go on https://www.minds.com/and now can't to open Minds on Windows/Linux Version: 27.8.2 (64-bit) any idea how to fix?

try updating to latest Pale Moon v27.8.3
The site works fine on my Windows install, though it did take a few seconds to load (while displaying only the spinner like your screenshot)

Today work, maybe is problem in site.

I can confirm that initially when I checked as a response to this thread, it didn't work, but is now working again.
