Do not blindly trust the numbers.
This test only tests specific things, in particular CSP and XO/SOP implementation. It does NOT say anything about general browser security or safety, and will be highly influenced by what extensions you have and settings you apply.
The first reply is a good example of the kind of confusion these tests cause and instilling panic in people not knowing how to interpret the results properly or see them in context.

I became aware of this test at the above forum.All the browsers tested seem to have shortcomings.I think its all crap myself.

problem solved! the bad results come only from my "private life" configuration in preferences, history retention ;)
