Wouldn't it be easy to compare the ID of the identity panel automatically and show a warning if mismatching with the sub or any master domain? This does not need to be a spoofing but isn't usual either.
Manually comparing could miss some tiny typos in the ID.

It's not necessary and would always trigger on any IDN in that case, which would make it pointless.
IDNs are easy to spot and in case of spoofing will never look like the address bar domain at all.
