Pale Moon forum

Is anybody else having this problem? I can't access my Outlook email (web mail, not the program) with either Pale Moon or Firefox. I get an endless loop, first the screen saying "Opening your mailbox," then my inbox page, then back to the previous page, etc., etc. And I can't seem to find MS's contact page. I think it's time to switch emails, as I seem to recall MS had a problem a while back like this.

If you are talking about outlook.com, it works for me. I just signed in to my outlook.com email account. I have updated Pale Moon, very few extensions, W10 updated.

Have you tried restarting in safe mode and then trying to access it?

Tried it in a 100% clean new profile, in both Pale Moon and Firefox. Still get the endless loop. Any ideas?

I'm able to get in just fine, no problems here. Maybe try clearing your cache?

Would there be anything in the cache in a new profile?

It's fixed now. But I think I'm done with MS email.
