Long white page delay before page load on 27.4.2

After updating to W7 and PM 27.4.2
I am experiencing some long delays in certain web page loads.
When clicking on a link I get the white page sometimes for almost 10 seconds or more
depending on what page I load before I actually see anything from the web page.

So I saved two of the web console outputs for two pages that take a long time before I see them.

First one is:

The second is:

web console.txt: (29.62 KiB) Downloaded 8 times

Sometimes it will not do it a second time and sometimes it will. Both of these pages were loaded in Safe mode.

The first site loads just fine for me.

For the second site, The delays seem to be caused by waiting for server responses -- nothing the browser can do anything about.

The first link loads and renders properly for me in about 2 seconds of time. The second link takes about 7 to load and renders properly for me.

I'm using 64 bit linux Pale Moon (27.4.2).
