How to interpret this crash report (event) from "Event viewer" under Windows10?
In to the last days I have some problem with PM crashes but also with the Graphiccard (GT 610) and I want to know if it is windows fault for PM crashes or PM fault or something else.
PM crash report on Win 10
Re: PM crash report on Win 10
Faulting module being d2d1.dll, the crash occurs in the DirectX subsystem (not in our code), so very likely a graphics driver issue.

Re: PM crash report on Win 10
Yeah, I suspected is something regarded to graphic card, in to the last days my monitor randomly lost the signal from the GPU at 1-2 seconds after PM freeze and I can't "turn back on" the monitor with mouse or any key, I must restart the PC..and so on. Looking in windows event viewer the comment for this issue was "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered."
I reinstalled the Graphic driver and apparently the problem with the graphic card it disappeared , let see if the PM issue is still present.
