Why does Pale Moon open "the mobile version" of the site?

Why does Pale Moon open "the mobile version" in some sites, not the desktop version?
For example, this site (
https://vigilantcitizen.com/) would open in "the mobile version".
But, it would open in desktop version if I open it in another browser.

See:
viewtopic.php?f=29&t=14931&p=107578#p107578
As 1000 times before (and after)
This also works:
"
general.useragent.override.vigilantcitizen.com" = "
Lynx"

To simply put it: It's not Pale Moon opening the mobile versions of websites, it's websites displaying the mobile versions of websites to Pale Moon. The reason why this happens to due to unreliable User agent sniffing which is a practice that should've died out years ago.

It will be my last off-topic here:
Off-topic:
No. Migrating Greasemonkey (upstream) to WebExtensions.
Statistics (opt-in): This will be removed later.
