Yes. It's a userscript, so you'll need Greasemonkey to use it.

It's also a filter option in uBlock Origin.

Yes true, but gorhill recommends that you also have the userscript.

It exist a easy way to block the most anti-adblock scripts: use NoScript.
And it exist a way to block ads, even without any server take a notice: just hide the ads, instead of block it. (like the first adblocker does)
Anyway this doesn't protect against malware infected ads or else. But this is a easy workaroud.
And last but not least: just doesn't visit the sites if they block you. The internet have enough alternativ sites.

Well, yes, but NoScript will also block the site's own scripting, which may very well break the whole thing. NoScript is not designed for adblocking, and it is rather a blunt instrument for that purpose.
Now, there is a surrogate script feature in NoScript, which works rather like Greasemonkey, so you can in theory use that to patch the site up.
If you are willing to write sufficient JavaScript to do it. But it isn't necessarily easier or better than the other approaches already suggested.

This much is very true.

Forbes is really becoming a pain for me.
I rarely go there, but when I do it seems to want me to disable quit a bit.
Even after I disable a handful of NoScript blocks, the Forbes site still gripes.
Is it revenue (advertising) doing this or data collecting?
Hoping some Forbes exec weighs in here.

I have not changed any of my add blocking software and I have no sites white listed for any of them. However, the Forbes site now load jusr fine and I do not get the anti-ad blocker message from them. I assume this means they took a hit to page views and decided to remove this feature from the site. Or maybe they removed it for some other reason? Mayne they have some form of spyware in its place? I do not know. What I do know is I am reading on the Forbes site again.
