How to import bookmarks [solved]

I know there is an easy way (one would assume that SYNC would do it, but it doesn't) to get the bookmarks on my PC to import to the Android. I have turned off the sync and back on again on the android, but I don't see where I can tell it WHAT server to sync with. Is there some sort of documentation that I can read to get a better understanding of how to use the android app so that I can FINALLY get my bookmarks on it?

I THINK I'm on the right path now. I had to delete the sync account on the Android, then recreate it in order to get the codes. Now to see if it syncs!!

**Edit: It WORKED!!!! I FINALLY have my bookmarks on my Android! Hallelujah!
