about:config settings?

Are there any about:config settings anyone can recommend that will increase performance? I'm using a Nexus 7 2013 running Android 4.4 rooted with the newest Clean Rom version installed if that helps with the recommendation's.

I would not expect so. In the past you would have gotten some advice along the lines of "use more threads to retrieve a page's assets" but you would not see any difference now.
