Panel Configuration?

When I saw that you had adapted PaleMoon to run on Android, I, of course, immediately downloaded it. When I started using it, I saw that only the top sites panel was displayed. I did find later that the bookmarks and history panels were displayed when creating a new tab. Is there any way to display the bookmark and history panels and get rid of the top sites panel, similar to Aurora for Android?
