  • Can you post a link to the website where you encounter this problem?
  • Is the Pale Moon from upstream (linux.palemoon.org/AUR palemoon-bin) or a custom build (e.g. AUR palemoon)?

I clicked on your ogg file link and the player loaded and almost immediately started playing the 32:54 minutes of the ubuntu podcast.

I'm using 64 bit linux Pale Moon 25.7.0 in 64 bit linux Mint 17.2 (Rafaela) Xfce.

yes it is

When I play a video in html5 or try to listen a ogg file the process does not appear under playback on pulse audio volume control, like clementine or firefox.

In my linux Mint, I have not changed any of the pulse audio control default settings. Yet, I can hear the ubuntu podcast.

Pulse Audio is known to break audio in most cases.

Don't blame pulseaudio, blame the config. Have a look at alsa and pulse and see that they play nice together and that they're set to suit your system. Do audio sources other than vorbis work properly?

You have to understand that Arch is a rolling release distro, and it might happen that some packages are available in the repositories which might not be the most stable or even properly functioning.
