gpg tells me it is signed with an unknown key:
gpg --verify palemoon-25.4.1.en-US.linux-i686.tar.bz2.sig palemoon-25.4.1.en-US.linux-i686.tar.bz2
gpg: Signature made Sat 09 May 2015 01:09:06 PM PDT using RSA key ID C65285EC
gpg: Can't check signature: public key not found
I have a similar problem with the installer.
I have found 8FCF9CEC on the site, but not C65285EC. Verifying the Windows build with the 8FCF9CEC key works.

Please use the public key servers to retrieve public keys - that is the primary way public keys are distributed.
