Pale Moon 29 Extended Statusbar stopped working

Since Pale Moon 29 the Extended Statusbar addon has stopped working. Given the project looks like it's abandoned, is there any chance for a fix?

I don't use Windows so I don't know if the problem is present there. I tried both GTK2 and GTK3 builds to no avail.

They have an issue tracker, use it. Most projects prefer that.. We don't but that is why there is a forum. Still.

I hoped you' as a developer will know what's triggered the problem between the major PM versions.

JustOff's fix didn't work on my end. It made it worse actually, because opening the preferences of the add-on no longer works, and sometimes closing Pale Moon doesn't terminate the process completely, that I have to send a SIGTERM to it manually.

Whoops, I'm dumb, for some reason my zip utility didn't include the contents of the chrome folder and other needed stuff in the xpi, which is why it didn't work! :wtf:

So is the original author going to merge the pull request or do we apply JustOff's patch manually on our end?
