hello,

Since I have update tothe latest Palemoon browser in my Linux computer, I cant save passwords, and all the passwords that were save are not there anymore.

how can I resolve it??

What version did you update from?
This could be related to having migrated password storage formats, which was actually implemented in Pale Moon 28.11.

First, please read this post very carefully.

Then try the following:
In your browser profile*, with the browser closed (IMPORTANT!), delete two files: key4.db and and cert9.db; then restart the browser and see if the problem is fixed. Report back.

*(Access your profile via Help -> Troubleshooting -> click Open Folder; Once there, close the browser.)

hello again.
sorry , I have been in holidays and not checking nothing at all.

I have version 28.12.

i have installed bzipped tarball in my computer.

and before I could have my passwords. and now I can have more, but still I have the ones from before.

where can I find that key4 and the other one? Sorry, I dont understand

It's in your browser profile directory.
