Is it possible to see Netflix and play music from open.spotify in Pale Moon in linux gentoo?
I can with Firefox but not yet with Pale Moon.

As far as I know, PM does not support the copy-protection schemes that those use, nor has any plans to do do.

On Windows they need to install Silverlight to use Netflix, because of the lack of DRM in Pale Moon.
You can try Moonlight: https://www.mono-project.com/download/stable/
Because I don't use Netflix nor Gentoo, I can't help you further here.
Yes, I still use a Pentium 4 processor with Pale Moon. It is located at my grandfather's house and runs Lubuntu 18.04 x64. It was my main system until 2018, when I got a Pentium D system.
