Does it matter where you try to upload to?

Any change if you restart in Safe Mode?

Any change if you test in a new, clean Profile?

I was using older Pale Moon and I don't wanna clear my profile with several histories and bookmarks. Actually I'm running in save mode and started Pale Moon in console. I hopy $2 will includes any usable information. Otherwise Pale Moon is eating memory 100% on different web pages where JS is a bit larger. That's very annoying, I couldn't login even on SSH too. Sad...

This BASH script is an easy way to start with a clean profile, the new profile is put in /tmp so it gets wiped on reboot, also every time you run the script if you want to shut down and restart with the script. It's great for testing as the usual profile can stay where it is and will be totally unaffected, as will be your usual methods of running Pale Moon. :thumbup:

Code: Select all

$ nano cleanprofile.sh

#! /usr/bin/bash

rm -rf "/tmp/tmp-profile"
mkdir "/tmp/tmp-profile"
palemoon -no-remote -profile "/tmp/tmp-profile"

$ chmod a+x cleanprofile.sh
$ ./cleanprofile.sh

So, which is it.. 100% CPU or 100% memory? :think:

CPU.

I found a new bug: using mage copy PM crashes. (Also with cleanprofile.)

So instead of seeking and trying to cure the issue with the help of this forum you just throw the towel in.!.Your not what i would term a good user of software or indeed anything else for that matter,

So in essence going by your logic if something does not work to your satisfaction 100% every time you dispose of it.? :crazy: .

Unfortunately, that's typical of the current generation. They want - and, indeed, expect - instant, immediate gratification. Having to 'work' at anything just is NOT in the script.

This is the same generation who, if the media isn't in small, easy-to-digest 'soundbites', they can't take it in. God help us all, is all I can say....

Mike. ;)

If it -was- an issue with the browser, which we will never know now, it will certainly not be fixed if the reporter ragequits.
