See only the bottom half of some images

It's not for all images on the web. (edit) I didn't really pay attention... maybe it's only in Wikipedia(?)
It happens when I view the image on its own. For instance in Wikipedia. Example - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Hang ... abylon.jpg
Here's what I see when I click on the image:

When I click on the image, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon in the link you provided, it renders the entire image properly.

I'm using 64 bit linux Pale Moon 28.6.0.1 running in 64 bit linux Mint 19.1 (Tessa) Xfce. The only addons I'm currently using are NoSquint and uBlock Origin. The site sees my user agent mode as Firefox Compatibility. Hardware Acceleration is turned off.

@jars_ - maybe it's something in my about:config?

Restart in Safe Mode & see if that makes a difference?
(Disables extensions & hardware acceleration, which could be playing into what you're seeing.)

@therube - yep; did that - and indeed the problems was gone. Before that - I already tried to disable the only addon that relates to images - "Image Zoom", and it didn't change. But now I looked at my many addons - and just intuitively chose the one making the problem - "Advanced Night Mode"; only in "reverse" mode.
Thank you.
